Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization and return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging included. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
